This game is the result my first 2nd year project I did with 4 others students. The requirements were a non-violent, “feel good” game playable with one hand.
Travel with astronaut through a small solar system and solve the puzzle each planet has to offer.
The player controls an astronaut, either with the mouse or the right stick of a gamepad. Using these, the player can accelerate and drift around. He will come across several planets which contains small puzzles. With each puzzle resolved the player will be granted a Gem. Collect all Gems and the game is completed.
The game is designed to be playable with one hand, either mith a mouse or the right side of a pad.
The game uses physics based movement for the traversal mechanic and most of the puzzles. The player can zip around and toy with asteroids. Each planets attract the player and other objects toward its center.
