The second project it took part in during my 2nd year a Bellecour Ecole. Using an artistic direction set by the Concept Art students and 3D assets made by the 3D Art students following it, we were to make a game with what they were providing us and design with what we had.

Samay’s Ascension is a platformer. Play as Samay, the fallen god of Time. Explore the different levels and uncover the true story of Samay’s past.

Samay can obviously move and jump around but its power as the God of Time allows him to dash on a short distance and jump multiple times.

Explore different levels :

  • The Depths : the beginning of Samay’s journey and house of Jaleey, the God of water.
  • The Forest : a lively place, home of great trees and Shadvaal, God of the Wildlife.
  • The Sky Temple : floating rocks forms the sky temple, Samay’s final destination and where Chandava, God of the Skies.
